Question by nany717: Can I get into grad school for Business Administration if I have a Bachelor in Computer Information?
I was thinking of going into that field but I realized that no where in FIU can I get a masters in Computer Information. So.. I have been told that that bachelor goes well with and MBA. I was thinking of minoring in Business Administration?? Can I do this??

    It depends on the school you want to go to. Some schools will accept students without undergraduate degrees in their proposed graduate field and will treat them exactly the same as students with undergrad degrees in the proposed graduate field. Some schools will accept students with unrelated undergrad degrees on a provisional basis, which usually means that you have to do something to prove that you can do graduate-level work in that field even though you didn’t do undergraduate work in the field (for example, you might be required to take specific graduate or undergraduate-level foundational classes so you have the basic knowledge you need to succeed in the graduate program). And sometimes schools won’t take you at all if you don’t have a related undergraduate degree. So yes, I think it is possible to do what you’re proposing, you’ll just have to choose your graduate school carefully and be prepared for the possibility of a provisional admission.
