Hi friends, i’m doing my BCA final yr right nw. My parents cant afford for my further studies, i have to somehow get a job after my BCA. I’ve finished my Diploma in NIIT also. I’m very interested in software field aspect, i have a very good aggregate till nw. i am very much specialized in all the softwares i’ve learnt till nw, can anyone plz help me by guiding me from where can i go for IT job search. i dnt want to work in a BPO. Can i get a decent job after my BCA and how much salary can i expect?

Actually it is a good idea to get some experience before going back to school for an MBA or MCA. Don’t worry about salary initially. Focus on gaining experience. Talk to the placement office at NIIT and your school. Try to get at least an internship. Many companies hire interns more easily. It is like a trial period before they hire you permanently. Once you are in a permanent job, you can save money and work on your GMAT or its equivalent, so you can apply for graduate programs down the road.
