I cannot find an evening undergraduate engineering degree program in my area (York, PA). I would like to get a degree in mechanical or electrical engineering to further my career. Does anyone know of any good online programs?

Engineering programs are closely monitored to satisfy the requirements dictated by the country or region’s engineering organisations. The criteria are pretty stringent and include lab work, classes, qualified teaching etc. It’s very unlikely that an online program meets these criterias. Myself being an engineering graduate I can tell you it requires a lot of work and time, which is probably why none are given as evening programs since they would take forever to finish. My degree took me four years as a full time student to obtain. Send me an email or IM if you want more information on engineering. I can tell you what it’s like to be an engineer if you like.
