Are online MS / MBA degrees valid for work permits?

If I complete online (distance education) Master’s degree from US – is it valid for the H1B’s offered for US masters degree holders?
What about Master’s from other countries – Canada, Europian countries – UK/Germany/France/other?
Do I qualify as a master’s degree holder for the visa s like HSMP in UK?

Please help.

Online MS /MBA degrees are valid only if they are from an accredited university, like Walden University or University of Phoenix Online. If it is not accredited by a US Education Department agency, then its a fake degree and the online university is nothing but more than a diploma mill.
